I ordered a key fob the shipping took forever. I was practically checking the tracking like it was a suspense movie. It did finally show up, but definitely way later than I expected. If you need one fast, this might not be your best bet.

I ordered a key fob from northcoastkeyless.com and had a little moment of doubt about whether I picked the right one for my car. To be fair, I probably should’ve double-checked better before ordering, but I was in a rush and just wanted to get it done.

I reached out to customer service and they got back to me the same day. It wasn’t instant, but I can’t complain because I had plenty of other stuff going on and wasn’t exactly sitting by my email the whole time. Their answer was simple and clear, which I appreciated.
In the end, everything worked out fine and the fob was what I needed. I took off one star because the shipping updates could’ve been a little better, but maybe I’m just impatient when I’m waiting on car stuff. Overall, the support was solid

I’d been putting it off because I didn’t want to deal with a confusing site or some overpriced option, so I feel good about going this route. I found my car quickly, checkout was simple, and the confirmation email showed up right away. For something I wasn’t exactly excited to buy, the whole process was surprisingly hassle-free. I’d use them again if I needed another one.

The key fob worked fine once I got it set up, so no complaints there. The plastic does feel a little "cheap" compared to my old one, but the buttons are working okay so far. Overall, it’s not bad for the price, just not exactly "amazing" quality either.

The key ended up working after I messed with it a bit, kind of jiggled it around in the lock. The cut wasn’t exactly perfect, but it did the job. I guess that’s what matters, though it would’ve been nice if it turned smoothly right away.

The return process was easy enough overall. My refund did come through, it just took a little longer than I expected, but I guess that’s fairly normal, right?
